Do you need help managing the health care needs of a child with a chronic condition, injury or disability?
At CritiCare Lancaster, we understand how important it is to get the right care for a child with special needs. Handling everything on your own can be exhausting. You need time to work, tend to the rest of your family, and even take time for yourself — but you also need to be sure your child is well cared for, safe, and happy when you can't be there.

We collaborate with therapists and teachers to support education and other physical needs, and will assist you with navigating services for transition at age 21. Our skilled nurses can even attend school with your child, providing peace of mind for you and opportunities for learning and growth. We can develop individualized care plans from 4 hours a day, up to 24/7 care. All services are provided by licensed RNs and LPNs as well as experienced home health aides.

All of our nurses participate in a strong, comprehensive training program. We closely monitor and supervise our nurses to ensure your family's complete satisfaction. All nurses go through pre-employment background checks, including a Child Abuse Clearance, and receive ongoing training to enhance and support their skills.
Continuity of Care
We create schedules along with you a month in advance so you know who will be with your child and when. Having the same skilled nurses on a regular basis provides comfort for your child and peace of mind for your family. We also assign a clinical coordinator to accompany nurses for the first few visits.

We work along with you, your physicians, and any other disciplines involved in your child's care to ensure the plan of care is individualized to meet your child's needs. Our ongoing Quality Assurance program continually evaluates the quality of services we provide and implements improvements when necessary.
We're a Qualified Waiver Provider
We are a qualified ODP and OLTL waiver provider. We can assist you with navigating services for transition to services at age 21.

Our clinical management does an outstanding job of helping families with issues beyond their medical care needs. Our management team focuses on your child's care by managing small groups of patients, not exceeding 10 individuals at a time. We're easy to talk to and easy to reach any time!
